Marine Tech's parent company, Russell Marine (Acle) Limited offer permanent mooring at the 120 berth Acle Marina situated on the Norfolk Broads River Bure. In the heart of Broadland, Acle Marina is ideally situated for cruising both the Northern and Southern rivers of the Broads network with easy access to the North Sea through the port of Great Yarmouth. GENERAL
All business is conducted subject to the B.M.F. Terms of Business Edition 14 April 2007.
Moorings are provided subject to The Yacht Harbour Association Terms September 2003.
All craft must be insured at all times whilst on the marina, with cover being a minimum of third party, fire and sinking with a minimum of £2 million public liability insurance. Proof of cover must be provided upon request.
MOORINGS
Small Dyke

Mooring fees are calculated using length overall (LOA), meaning the overall length of space occupied by the vessel including any fore and aft projections, (davits, bow sprits, bathing platforms, outboards, outdrives, pulpits etc), rounded up to the nearest 0.1 metre.

ELECTRICITY
Charges for the use of the electric shore power hook ups are included within the mooring charges shown above with units used charged, at cost to Russell Marine (Acle) Limited, annually or on termination of your mooring licence.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Mooring fees are payable either annually in full on receipt of account, or by 12 monthly Standing Order or Direct Credit payments. An administration fee of 3% applies to all accounts paid monthly.
